Check-In is by appointment only. This allows for maximum flexibility and more efficient service.
Check-Out on Sunday through Friday is before 11 a.m. Failure to pick up by 11 a.m. will result in charges for an additional night.
Check out on Saturdays is limited to Saturday evenings from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., and we waive the late check-out fee. We observe a weekly Sabbath on Saturdays and thank you for your understanding and loyalty to our business.
Vaccinations against infectious diseases must be current.
We consider the 2011 AAHA Guidelines for Canine Vaccination (endorsed by the American Veterinary Medical Association) to be authoritative on which vaccines should be given, and when.
We require proof of vaccination against: distemper virus, parvovirus, adenovirus, rabies virus, Bordetella, and Leptospira.
We will accept a 3-year vaccination schedule, except for Bordetella and Leptospira, which must be given annually.
